IICA signs MoU with IAMC to augment Alternative Dispute Resolution ecosystem and facilitate Ease of Doing Business in India

The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) signed an MoU with the International Arbitration and Mediation Centre (IAMC), Hyderabad, to strengthen institutional collaboration and promote professional excellence in arbitration, mediation, and corporate affairs.

• The MoU was signed by Shri Col. Amandeep Singh Puri, Chief Administrative Officer, IICA and Shri AJ Jawad, CEO & Registrar, IAMC.
• The collaboration aims to create a specialized pool of arbitrators and mediators through customized courses and skill development programs.
• Shri Gyaneshwar Kumar Singh emphasized the importance of mediation in the MSME sector and the vision of a Trillion-Dollar Economy for Haryana by 2047.
• IAMC aims to leverage institutional expertise to develop structured programmes, joint initiatives, and policy-oriented research to augment the ADR ecosystem.
