• The two-day event is scheduled for 23–24 October 2026 at Hotel Mayfair Sanctuary.
• India's operational metro network has expanded from 248 kilometres in 2014 to over 1,185 kilometres across 26 cities.
• Work is underway on another 998 kilometres of metro lines across 26 cities.
• The exhibition features 28 exhibitors showcasing urban transport technologies and best practices.
• The valedictory address on 24 October 2026 will be delivered by Shri Manohar Lal, with awards presented by him and Dr. Krushna Chandra Mahapatra.
• The National Urban Conclave 2026 is scheduled for 24–25 October 2026 at the same venue.
